Have you tried speaking to the trainer to see where he is?

Hi there I saw him race at Cartmel in 2006, we won the race with Rossin Gold You can email the trainer or phone the yard gcharlton@fsmail.net Office Tel: 01661 843247 Good luck in tracing the horse Racing Post says his last race was 17 July 2006 Trainers are normally pretty helpful in letting you know where a horse is. Let us know how you get on. LisaH x

Oh - I will see if my OH can find out the owner contact details for you. He may know him or know someone who does.
The other option for you is to send a letter to the owner c/o Weatherbys and ask them to forward it on to him. They are pretty good at doing that but it may take a while to get to him.

You are very welcome - if you try the letter option and I will see if we can track down the owner's details from this end.

Update
Apparently he was in a field with a28 yo ex show jumper a few years ago who must have died as the owner sold his place which was called The Paddocks in Dinnington Then Mana Mou Bay went to Alistair(?) Charlton, who apparently couldn't keep him fit and sent him home.
Have tried to track down Dennis Tate - the owner - but someone else answered the phone and said he had moved and bought a 'luxury apartment' in a converted cigarette factory near Newcastle.
Thinks they might have been planning point to pointing career

IIRC i saw this horse racing years ago, would've thought he'd have been retired by now!?
Try googling the owners name, or ring weatherbys and plead with them to pass your details on to the registered owner, i did and it workied LOL

The old factory is called the Willis building, it's just off the coast road into Newcastle.
I know as I go to work past it every day.
If I can be of any help as I'm in the Area just let me know, I'll be happy to help.
I can check our local telephone books if you want
