Thioughts on this guys please,
I've switched Charlie onto the top spec cubes as I couldn't find the conditioning flakes anywhere within 50 miles!
He's on Alfa A oil, and the cool and condition cubes? but I'm one for a bargain and this muscle up was on a BOGOF so got it lol
Have fed it before but not with Top Spec feeds, any reasons why I shouldn't feed it with this combination?
xx

iv fed it before didnt think too much of it as its herbs it will be ok to feed with topspec but your wasting your money really as topspec has everyhting in it plus more so you dont have to feed any other suplement unless itsa calmer oh actually are you not feeding the topspec balencer??

If you are feeding a balancer then you shouldn't need anything else re the herbs.
Balancers supply all the nutrients and vitamins your horse needs which in turn allow the horses body to function correctly and utilise it's food more resulting in weight gain and muscle development.
If your not feeding the correct vits and mins you can't expect your horse to look outstanding.
I did a lot of reading up on this before we moved on to balancers.
I use Farriers formula and Top Spec (on different horses) both have made a marked difference to my boys and have saved me money in the long run.

I agree - especially sionce you are feeding top spec feeds which work along side eachoter , i'd eb reluctant to use the herbs incase it upset the balance - shove em btoh on ebay! lol

Herbs don't affect the feeds, I also (shock horror!) don't feed the balancer!
He likes the smell/taste of the stuff, and from what GH have said today, it'll be fine to feed with what he's on

Herbs don't affect the feeds, I also (shock horror!) don't feed the balancer! I am sure how this is intentioned re the shock horror but I hope everything works out for you. Funny I would have thought Global would have at least recommended the Restore product to work alongside the muscle up which they do in their literature as it increases the absorption rate of the liver and digestive tract.

I got this in the Top Spec brochure I thought they would have this online but I cant find it. All three blends are designed to to be added to to a top spec feed balancer or supplement and therefore contain no added vitamins,or trace elements Top Spec brochure p.16 So they work better when fed alongside the balancer.

I have a couple of tubs of the GH muscle up here, but I got given a bag of top spec and so I stoped using it as I am sure it said on the bag of top spec not to use any other additives when feeding the top spec, but I know someone else who swore by it and said it was great.
